Cancellation Policy

Any Deposits collected are non-refundable and cannot be carried over unless able to be rescheduled based on availability within same month. 15% Late fee applies at 15 minutes , however being 30 minutes late may lead to potential reschedule and / or cancellation. ( Continuous actions may lead to booking ban ) 10% of service cost will be charged for all cancellations and No shows ( Unless stated otherwise by B.H ) Emergency Cases and are very understandable and may have exceptions . Please communicate accordingly if any of these circumstances prompt to apply . Review full policy on all social platforms.
